No not high enough to be on medication, tommorrow your readings could be lower, depends on what activites you have been doing, eating large salty diet etc, or even if you smoke.
it's not high but you should watch it. You should lose weight (if you are over weight) and eat healthy (a lot of fruit and avoid take away) also Exercise reduces High BP. Anyway, don't worry but watch it and tell us your reading again.
