My Experience with Atacand 8 mg - High & Low Blood Pressure Message Board

My doctor put me on Cozaar 50 mg daily but it made me dizzy and I felt that I'm very fatigue and sleepy but it controlled my blood pressure (120/80) like all the other medications that I used before. I went to him and he told me to stop Cozaar and start Atacand 8 mg and I felt the dizziness and the fatigue too but not like Cozaar. I was depressed because I couldn't work and I stopped Atacand after few days then after a week or so I started Atacand again (and this is my third day) I don't feel the dizziness but I feel a very little fatigue specially when I exercise but I can say that it's OK now

Can anyone tell me what's going on? when I stopped it for a week and took it again I didn't feel the side effects,why???????????????????????

Anyway, I'm happy

I know why it was causing dizziness

. It's because of the hot weather in Egypt, now it doesn't cause dizziness because the weather is getting cold so I think in the winter it will be fine and in summer it's a problem. We will see
