It's normal for BP to go high during panic attacks. The part in our favor is that panic attacks generally take up only a little of our time. Normal BP for the OTHER 22-23 hours is the more important factor.
If you HADN'T gotten a BP rise after thinking your nose had been broken with that valence, it proibably would be pretty good evidence that the valence had killed you.

If, on the other hand, someone is in a state of panic 3, 5, 8 or 10 hours a day, dsy ion snd dsy out, he has a lot more to worry about than his BP...like suicide.
