To cblaeser: Fatigue and Benicar, Atacand.
Hello cblaeser,

I have the same problem, I'm on Atacand 8 mg (the same drug class as benicar) and I feel that I'm fatigue and dizzy. It's the hot weather that CAN CAUSE this.
