| Oxygen/Exercise and b. vessels
Can lack of oxygen and exercise cause the weakening or hinderance of blood vessels, as well as fatigue, tiredness. I sit in front my computer and desk a lot studying and don't get any exercise or fresh air. I constantly feel exausted, my blood vessels in my head hurt (usually towards the evening), and I literally feel weakness of my B. vessels in the head and feel like laying down all the time.
Whenever I do exercise, I feel even worse and these symptoms tend to intensify.
