i check my pressure alot sometimes it is high 144/88 & most times its normal 129/80 should i medicate for the sometimes its high ??? when its high its usually during the day ..

Take an average over a month...get readings at different times of the day.
If your average is better than 130/85, forget about it. If between 130-140/85-90, watch closely but don't medicate.

If the average is OVER 140 or 90 medicate every day. Don't try to titrate your medicine, it's like chasing a feather in the wind.

Lenin is right. But I would add from an envious point of view. Before medicating (and
you need be in no hurry), lose weight, exercise more, and try the low salt and low refined carb routes. Success in one or more of those areas might be enough to drop
you in the boring zone, where we all want to be.
