That's a great blood pressure. From what I've read, most doctors don't seem to worry about blood pressure being too low unless there are symptoms like dizziness, light-headedness, etc. Many people can get down to 90/60 or thereabouts in the daytime without that happening, though some are bothered at a higher pressure. It is normal for BP to run lower during sleep.
I'm inclined to think the tingly sensation you feel is just from sleeping on your arm or from another sleeping position that pinches a nerve. If the sensation goes away when you move, I wouldn't worry about it. If it doesn't, or if you get the sensation during the daytime, then I'd check with a doctor.
BTW, I had temporary low pressures of 100/56 and 93/65 one day about a month ago after a meal. I don't consider it to be any big problem. Low pressures like that do make me feel uncomfortably lethargic, but since I also get pressures that go too high, I really can't do a whole lot about it.
