high dystoic 122/99
My blood pressure is always higher with the lower number and the past few days i have taken it at home and the lower number has been 99 and the top not high.and this morning they are down but my heart rate is in the 100's. can someone tell me how to get the bottom number down? I take blood pressure medicine twice a day now.
