Toprol XL or Lisinopril causing low blood platelets?
Does anyone know if either Toprol XL or Lisinopril cause your blood platelets to drop? I am a cancer patient and take these two drugs for my blood pressure. I can't seem to get my platelets up to acceptable limits for treatment. Thanks,
