Blood Pressure can vary widely during the day and night. Do you know if your 150/90 reading was your average blood pressure for the day, your lowest pressure of the day or your highest? Of course, I don't expect you to know the answer to this question. I just asked it to give you something to think about.
During your problems with dizziness, did you experience any heart palpitations?
Were you experiencing an increase in allergy problems that day? That could influence both blood pressure and dizziness.
When you experienced the dizziness, your blood pressure could have been much higher than 150/90. The dizziness could have been a result of the high blood pressure, even at 150/90, in combination with the causes of the increased blood pressure.
