Can taking alkaline drops raise your blood pressure

I have been taking alkalife alkaline drops for about 3 days and my blood pressure has gone up and I am not sure if the alkaline drops may have cause this. I take lisinopril for my blood pressure. Does anyone have any information on alkaline drops, lisinopril and high blood pressure?
