hi,

I am worried about my dad. He has had high blood pressure for about three years now. This medication that he is on is working but it is making him gain weight.

Does anyone know an all natural way, holistic and homopathic way of getting blood pressure to go down? Please please let me know!

My mom and I are trying to get him off this crap. Medication is not good for you. My dad is taking Lotrel. I was looking up the ingredients and it contains alot of chemicals that you shouldn't shallow.

please let me know...i am all ears

Hi,
First of all, if your father has high blood pressure for 3 years and is experiencing problems, I would suggest you're getting him to see another doctor. A second opinion is always better, and I would think it's time.

I have very high BP and am on several medications for almost 4 years, with no bad symptoms at all as you say. I do not take very high doses of my medications. My doctor takes regular blood tests about every six months to make sure all is well.

I do agree with you I would rather take no medications, but unfortunately that can't be the case for me.
