I don't know of any speciific interaction, but sulfa drug allergies are not at all rare.
Usually the typical response in a skin rash that can be quite extensive. Further doses become more and more dangerous.
Don't take any more sufa drugs til you make sure that is not what is happening with you.
Though passing out isn't a common sign of anaphylaxis, IF an anaphylactic reaction occurs with sulfa it will be hard to reverse if you are on beta-blockers because the way they treat anaphyaxis is with epinephrine which is what beta blockers block.
