Daily Fluctuations - High & Low Blood Pressure Message Board

Ive been searching the web and cant find a single site where i can look at an example chart of daily healthy blood pressure fluctuations, (trhey all say that is is natural to vary).

Could anyone [removed] let me know from experience what is normal and under what activities etc????
