Pattern of BP throughout the day - High & Low Blood Pressure Message Board

I notice that my BP is controlled well with medication up until about 2 pm. From 2-5 pm it raises to about 133-144/86 -91 or so. Then I take my evening BP meds at 6 pm and I am fine until morning.

Can anyone explain why this happens, and if I need to consider upping my meds? Or is this something of little consequence and to just go on as normal?

Can anyone also share with me if they also have BP fluctuations throught the day even on meds, and the normality of this?

My bp changes through the day too. Usually highest in am and then goes down. When I asked about this I was told to only take it 1 x a day, in the am. That was the most accurate bp and that anxiety could make it worse.

Thank you for your reply. I am just wondering if I need to take stronger medecine or more durng those hours, or if it's normal.
