105/65 too low?

Hey all,

I am still out here trying to lower my bp by diet and exercise. I have been doing a mile and a half to two miles in 25 minutes walking on the treadmill everyday and have noticed some change in my bp.
A couple of weeks ago I had some spikes (140/90) that weren't that high but they still made me feel wierd so I have been walking daily to keep it from spiking. Also, I have been trying to shed some weight and weren't seeing results on the every other day plan, so I cranked it up.
Everyday, all day, and even at work my bp has never been higher than 110/70. Still haven't lost any weight, but have noticed that I feel energized and sleep better at night.

So, do you think I should call the doc to adjust my meds? I am not feeling dizzy or anything and have seen it as low as 95/63 an hour after a good walk.

If it isn't bothering you or causing any bad symptoms, don't worry about it. Everyone's body is different and their ideal blood pressure range is unique for them. My bp goes from 88/48 to 115/70, and I have a lot of very big problems because of it being so low...obviously I go to a doctor and try to raise it. But lots of people have bps that low and it doesn't bother them at all. Anything above 90/60 is healthy if it isn't causing you problems.
