From reading your previous notes, it seems like your blood pressure is under control through mainly diet and exercise. I've also found that diet and exercise are the best blood pressure "medications" for me, although I still need minimum doses of two blood pressure meds to keep my average blood pressure at very healthy levels.
How long were you on bp meds, and what types of bp readings had you been getting, before, that motivated your doctor to put you on medication?
