Thumbs up How I beat the White Collar

After trying several medicines, I always have white collar, so I try to make
exercises(moderate to sometimes intense) before my pressure reading...It workerd perfeclty. I was very serene at the moment of reading...
I read 130 / 82...before It was 145 / 100 or 160 / 110 even 180/110

even I my nerves go away for the whole day

Exercises make your blood pressure go down? That's interesting!
