Are you taking your medication/s?
All medications have possible side effects. Some people experience some of the side effects, others do not. Lightheadedness is a very common side effect.
Glad to hear you are on a dash diet-that's very good!
The supplements sound OK to me, too, as long as you do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Don't forget to exercise! If you were told by your doctor to take BP medication, then
take it. You should not stop taking it on your own without the doctor's supervision as it could be potentially dangerous. Or go back to your doctor and discuss
changing the medications with him/her, if they bother you that much. Remember that this is always an option! Do you have a good blood pressure monitor? Take measurements several times a day, you'll feel better. Keep in mind that your blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day, depending on MANY factors.
