I've found the Omiron Hem-711 to be the most accurate. I've had mine for 4 yrs with constant use. You must read the instructions carefully since these monitors operate on a different principle than your Dr's machine. Omiron's customer service is excellent. I tried most of the monitors available from my friends & Walmart etc. The wrist type is not as accurate according to Consumer's reports. You must check your b/p monitor with your Dr's at least every 6 months. Fam
