As suggested by the other posters, you should see your doctor. He will be happy to see you (they don't work for free
) and, hopefully, help you. He might not do anything rightaway. On the other hand, he might send you for some tests.
There are many possible causes for numbness and tingling in the limbs. Some medications can also have this effect. It took months of weekly complaints about my constantly tingling and sometimes numb arm for my doctor to refer me to a neurologist. He justified this long wait by saying that often these things come & go and resolve on their own. This is why he had let months pass without making the referral. You could have a damaged nerve in your elbow, which, I am told, is very common.
