You're bound to see a bit of an increase starting around your age. You shouldn't be too concerned about the numbers themselves, within reason. It's an increase you need to be concerned about. "Normal" blood pressure can be all over the place depending on time of day, activities, stress levels, medications you may be taking...
Try to get a general baseline at the same time of day and at rest. If that is 128/90, or even more, I don't see a problem if you're healthy otherwise. And remember it's generally the systolic, the first figure, that's more important as you get older.
But like I said, don't worry so much about the actual number. Establish your baseline and then start to worry only if you see a sustained increase from that level.
