I read an article in a Mens Health Magazine that had peoples stories of things they did to help with various health problems, then doctors would comment on how these particular remedies may actually work
For high blood pressure, this one guy said to take 2 teaspoons of Cayene pepper and mix it in 8 oz. of low sodium V8. He pounded this back every morning for two months abd hid blood pressure dropped by 15 points.
And a doctor backed it up !!

Can't hurt to try !!

These things dont work for everyone..when I read abt how body controls blood pressure..i was amazed..it is so complex..

so how well u respond may depend on what caused ur blood pressure to rise in the first place..

I've tried this and it works, I read the article in Mens Health, It worked for me.
