I am a 22 year old female, my cholesterol is high, and my bp is getting higher. I have been testing my BP regularly (with a manual cuff) and my numbers have been about 142/82, which is WAY off of my norm which is about 106-120/62-76. And I have been testing it at the same time of day. I have also been eating better, not right but better, and have been exercising only about 1 time a week
So is my BP going up because of my diet/exercise? And if so, then what should be my next step?
