i on these 2 for high blood pressure. i was told i had high blood pressure roughly 3 yrs ago. at first i was put on beta blockers but i felt like a zombie and felt stomach cramps and sick, so i was put on the above. they suit me fine. i was told one was a water tablet. my blood pressure reading was 170/110. is that high? i really dnt wnat t be on meds forever. i lost a lot of weight so i came of teh meds. i was steady for short while. then it went sky high agian, weight came back on. im struggling with the eating at the moment. im getting maried agian soon and id like to lose the weight and come off teh meds. id like to give fiance a baby if poss. im 42 almost but i would have to come of the meds to do that as dangerous if pregnant. any advice or alterative to taking meds? are there side effects?
