Re: I have high pulse rate in the morning and low pulse on the afternoon. why?
That's a tad bit excessive. What's your resting heart rate when laying down and then after you get up? Have you checked your blood pressure? It could be falling sometimes and that's why your heart rate is getting a bit high - to attempt to fix it. For a lot of people their blood pressure is naturally lower in the morning.
Mine is always low and falls too much in the morning, so I get crazy heart rates - 140s-160s. But it's not really harmful unless your blood pressure is high.
Deconditioning doesn't help either, so if you haven't been exercising any it can affect you that way, too. Do you drink coffee in the morning?
Either way, if you're concerned mention it to your doctor and maybe try to get a morning appointment so that more noticeable increase is present. Your doctor may order some basic tests as a precaution - CBC, electrolytes, blood sugar, thyroid (TSH).
