You could laugh (;]), eat a balanced amount of salt/grain(natural sugars) or cut down on water and drink gatoraid (for electrolytes) instead (but be careful! most gatorade bottles have 2+ servings in them; measure out the serving and add water for a proper serving ;]).
Personally, I carry granola bars, mixed nuts, and crackers around wherever I go and just snack when I need to. It's generally a good idea to have something to eat every hour or so (for me, anyway).
