ResPerate device? - High & Low Blood Pressure Message Board

HI---has anyone tried the ReSperate machine to lower your blood pressure? It has excellent reviews, but is $300! Anyone here tried it-with or without medications? Did you get the results they advertised? Thanks so much.

I own a resperate machine. I love it. I can't tell you for sure if it actually helps lower blood pressure but I can tell you that I find when I use the machine I feel relaxed afterwards. I have had it for a few months and am not sorry I made the purchase.

I think it is worth a try. I found the music very depressing but it was easy to do the breathing. But I got heart palpitations & it raised my b/p so I had to return it. My money was refunded except for the postage. One of their DR's called to follow-up on my case. She said that some people have an adverse reaction to the machine. Fam

Hi Sapphira, I was interested in this machine too, but put off by the high price. I found some tapes that do the same thing. I can't remember the name of them <removed> Good luck. Sand

If you are interested in this machine why dont you contact them. I think there is a 30 day return policy.
