my blood pressure has been running about 104/45, 85/43 is that dangerous or normal. i do have high blood pressure and i'm taking altace10mg,sular17mg,maxide75/50mg,estrodial2mg,81mgasprin, once a day also loppersor100mg, ferous sulfate325mg, twice a day. normally my blood pressure runs 145/95 daily but lately it has been running 104/45,85/43 i'm dizzy,tired headachesand swelling.

Maybe your blood volume has lowered, that would explain the swelling and why your pressure would drop, too.

85/43 is low. This would very likely make standing difficult for you and cause the other symptoms you're having. This is nowhere near what you're used to so it is too low for you.

Go to your doctor. It sounds like your medicine doses may need to be assessed and adjusted, and any other possible problems dealt with.
