Normal bp is 120/80. Some slight variation either way is OK. Over 140/90 is considered high if it remains there consistently.

A bit to add to Ms's post. For someone in their 30's the lower number is the one to pay attention to. Anything over 95 means you need to talk to you doctor and evaluate whether or not you need meds. As you get older then it becomes the higher number.
