Gradually reduce your dose. If for ex. you take 50 mg a day. break the pill in half and take 25 mg a day for a week, then break that in half to 12.5 mg for another week. If you take the pill twice a day, take only once a day for a week then split that in half for another week etc.. To be extra careful you should call and speak to your doctor, he may aslo want to monitor your blood pressure.
