Why not just measure your blood pressure? Try to avoid using the blood pressure measuring devices in shopping malls - they are not calibrated properly. If you know anyone with a blood pressure monitor, ask to use his. If not, your doctor is the person to see for this.
Feeling dizzy/lightheaded is not normal, especially for someone your age, and should be investigated. There are many possible causes, including hypotension. If the lightheadedness persists, bring it to your doctor's attention.
