Is this blood pressure normal?

My blood pessure is 127/61 p58.is this normal? I have had high pres.for some time now that i have lowered it i get nervous.what is a pres.how low should the bopttom be able to go?

I would shoot for 70 diastolic (lower number.) 50 diastolic is low b/p or hypotension. Fam

Seeing her systolic number & her pulse, I wouldn't be that concern. She could be exercising or working out a lot.

There is nothing wrong with that reading IMO. Especially if you workout alot as i do. I had to investigate alot to find out certain things. My diastolic(lower number) is never high. Its my systolic thats the wild card. Most days its fine 115-125 range but it jumps up very easily. I get mad and excited easily so unless im totally calm my systolic is all over the place. I had to cut my benicar dose in half cuz my doctor didn't like my readings in his office which i have white coat syndrome. 40Mg was to much. My diastolic was in the 40's and i was dizzy. I doubt i even need the dose im on now. I believe my BP is more due to my stress when im at the doctor office. If your diastolic is abit low its no big deal. I exerciser5 days a week 2 hours a day so thats why mine is low.
