Fat burner pills
I'm a healthy, active, 36 yr old male, 6ft, 200 lbs. I engage in vigorous workouts about 3 times a week (wrestling, boxing, running) with no known health issues; However, my family has displayed a history of high blood pressure. My mother died of a stroke at the age of 67 and her mother also died of a stroke, but she smoked heavily and my mother did not. I just purchased a blood pressure monitor and it read 122 over 70 (heart rate of 52 per/min), which I understand to be normal. I recently purchased fat burner pills called RED ALERT, in order to burn some stomach fat. After taking a dose, my reading increased to 140 over 82.
Here's my question:
Is 140 over 82 necessarily dangerous? Am I at high risk for something bad? I intend to monitor my blood pressure readings at least once per day while I take this product.
I would appreciate any professional feadback.
