I think the highest the mercury ones at the doctors office go to is 260. I don't know if thats what you mean, or if you mean what was the highest systolic someone ever recorded. I know President Teddy Roosevelt had astronomically high Blood pressure.

That's true. Wonder why they didnt put him on medication back then or did they not know how to treat hypertension back in the old days.
