awesome results

I been doing 30 mins on bike and 30 mins on treadmill everyday at the gym.

My blood pressure dropped around 120/60, and it never really spikes up after that. My pulse is in the 60s.

Just think, at my next appointment, i'm gonna be on even lower meds

It use to hover around 130/80 before.

Re: awesome results

Wow that is awsome. I've been active all my life. I'm a distance runner and road cyclist and still have/had high BP (it's a genetic link in my family). It's controlled at the moment at just under 120/80 with 5 mg of lisinopril daily. I think the important message here is get some aerobic exercise My docotor said I would be in horrible shape (BP wise that is), if I didn't exercise. Keep pedaling away!
