today I bought a Omron HEM 775 to replace my old machine. I take my bp on the new machine and it'a 108/70 old machine it's 121/80... how so I know which is accurate?

You would have to send one or both back to the manufacturer if you found them inacurate, check your documentation on your machines I believe they have a place that tests the machines and make adjustments.
I agree with DW. But I would take the new one back to the store for a refund. Then you could just go try another Omiron. I've had excellent results with my omiron for about 5 yrs. Fam
I have heard nothing but good things about omron. today for example the new machine was 107/85 and the old one 105/77. went back to the new one and it was 94/71.
I took my machine to the doctor's office and took my BP there. It's always higher there . Then in about 10 minutes I had them take my BP with their equipment and compared the two. It was close enough, according to the nurse, that my machine is considered accurate. I have an Omron as well, but it's an older one. Still working ok
