blood pressure has gone way up in the last 4 weeks!!!
in the last 4 weeks my blood pressure has gone from 98/68 to 131/74. my throat feels funny as well. im a bit concerned. its quite a difference. i could use some advice if anyones got any. thank you.

I would think maybe hormonal or anxiety, I have always had low blood pressure and when I went off birth control pills I started having spikes. This made me nervous and anxious about my bp, now I am running ten points higher than I used to. I am still okay averaging 116/76 but I used to be around 100/63. I don't know if this applies, just my thoughts.
