Question How to get a low score on your stress test?

Hi fellas!

I'm going to take a treadmill stress test tomorrow. For someone who doesn't know what this is, it goes like this: you are running on a treadmill starting from the easiest level. Then after every 5 minutes or so the doctor increases the speed and at the same time monitors your heart rate, blood pressure and a number of other figures.

Now I have a very good reason to get the score as low as possible.
So I am looking for a way to temporarily destroy my stamina and strength.

Here's what I've got so far:
1) no sleeping before the test
2) no eating before the test
3) smoke a pack of the strongest cigarettes i can get my hands on.
4) run 5km to the sports club to take the test.

Any other ideas?
I am open to pretty much anything, because this is literally a matter of life and death, considering my future.

I dont believe there is a way to damage your heart within 24 hours without doing permenant damage which I am sure you dont want. Heck my dad who is 78 and had 4 open heart surgeries passes all his stress tests!

I think you have to have a faulty ticker not to pass.

Is this for the military or something?

Huh? Are you saying you have a medical problem that is the reason for the stress test but you think you are going to pass the test? And that you won't get the treatment you need and threfore will die as a result? That makes no sense. And if you truly have such an issue, what you've described doing could kill you before you even get to the test.

just go in wearing lipstick, eyeliner and a dress.

nevermind, didn't work for klinger either.
