Scared...
Ok so a lil history, I am a 26/F I have a history of lower blood pressure (runs anywhere from 90/60 to 120/80) and also heart palps (PAC's and PVC's) I had an Electrophysiology Study done last yr to rule out serious heart arrhythmia's and lots of other tests like 30 day monitor and ect. I have a history of panic/anxiety issues, asthma, and anemia. They also did a stress test and then followed with a cardiac cath because of a possible blockage which turned out to be a shadow from being large chested. I haven't ever really had any dizzy spells except when I would have like lots of PVC's together. Well a few weeks ago I was laying in bed one night and all of a sudden it was like the room was spinning and wouldn't stop. I sat up and thought it would get better but when I tried to walk it was like walking sideways like things were spinning and I was off balance. (Kinda reminded me of my mom after her horse accident when she had Vertigo for a while) Well, finally after sitting and slowly laying back down after I was ok. I have only had a couple dizzy spells since then but not like that.
Well, I woke up this morning and laying in bed it happened again. I got up and thought maybe it was my blood sugar because I recently stopped all soda from my diet (and I don't really eat sweets, soda was my sweet) and I tend to have low sugar anyway (it was 99 when I tested it so not that low this AM) I ate and thought I was feeling better til I was sitting at the computer and leaned over to pick up my earring out the floor and everything started spinning and I almost passed out. I sat up for a min got myself together and went about cleaning and once again when I leaned over to pick up something same thing and also I went to reach to my left and turned my head to the left and the same thing. I took my blood pressure it was 106/70 (the other day when I was feeling weird it was 101/52) Then I called my dad who is a Firefighter/EMT and he was like just get up and walk around to get your blood circulating you will be fine. I am thinking this could be something more serious than that. It's starting to worry me but I hate to run to the doc for it. I was there a week or so ago and forgot to mention the dizzy spell to her. My BP at her office is always fine like 105/70 to 120/80 she never seems concerned.
I am leaving to go out of town on Tues with my grandmother and I will be driving. Also my heart doc released me a couple months ago to go back to the gym. I was planning on starting tomm and now a little worried. Anyone have any advice what this could be or do you think its just low blood pressure?
