| This wednesday I will be start my Low Sodium / Low bad foods diet
Basically because of school and such, I wasn't able to follow my diet rountine well. My classes and finals are finished on tuesday and on wednesday i shall start my diet, that I will be strict to follow. I was already on one and made some progress but when things piled up, I just ate whatever.
Basically All I'm going to eat is oatmeal and pasta, veggies and fruits, and a peice of unseasoned chicken breast. And a protein shake after my work out (50mg of sodium) My goal is to have a lower intake of sodium. <500mg a day.
Of course I realize that i be giving up tasty food and eating "bleh" stuff but when I weigh the postives and negatives, and decided that this is whats best for me. Of course when Im out with friends, i'm going to cheat, but not by that much. ; )
