Dont worry about it at that level.......mine stays at 160-190. You have a long ways before it will start making you so tired you will notice it. Try eating a little bit better get plenty of rest and cut down on the soda & fat intake will help. But at 43 dont let it worry you !!
Thank you so very much, i havent been sleeping very well and do drink lot of soda, i dont eat a lot of fatty foods ao ill get more rest and lay off the sodas thank you again that has eased my mind greatly
