NORMAL systolic (117) but low (58) diastolic pressure

What causes this reading? I have a weird feeling in my pinky when I wake up that's not quite pins and needles, but like a guzzling feeling throughout that pinky. I changed my diet (no sodas, no sugary stuff, lots of spinach) in case it was high blood sugar.

I am 20 years old and I take thyroid medicine everyday.

Thats good BP, the bottom is a little low, but I wouldnt say dangerous. It is possible it's your thyroid medication causing that to happen to your pinky or carpal tunnel perhaps?
