Stress
I am having trouble relaxing so my bp has been high.
Metroprolol 50mg
Lexapro 10mg
I get so worked up that it goes up to 145/95. I try to relax and it won't go down. I just think about taking it and it goes up. The more times I take it the more it goes up. Anyone have any suggestions?
