I don't know the answer, I started taking it about two weeks ago. Why do you ask? Are you have trouble with it?

Amlodipine has a half life of 30 to 50 hours. Two weeks after you take your last dose, you will have less than one percent of it left in your system and it is basically gone.

I had to discontinue taking it because of constant stomach upset and ear and sinus congestion. It has been two days since I have taken it and still have side effects.
