Re: should i be worried?

Hi Burden....I was put on Altace, first 2.5 mgs for 3 weeks, then 5 mgs. and it took almost 2 months for mine to get down to a normal level. I was very concerned, but the dr. wasn't, said it does take some folks longer than others. It has been almost 4 months, and now I get very low readings, like 104-127/69-78. If that bottom number keeps staying high, I would call the dr. just to be on the safe side, as U might need an adjustment. Good luck! JJ
