Herbal help for high blood pressure?
 

I am working on exercise and losing weight to lower my BP, but wonder if there are any herbs or supplements that would assist in this. I have borderline high blood pressure and want to get it back down.

There are a number of herbs that will lower BP. There is also a herbal capsule that you can buy off the net that appears legit. Suggest you do a search on the net (I can't remember its name) or go and see a herbalist.

Just remember that herbs can have side effects and interact with other drugs just like anything else. Natural does not equate with safe.
