I used to have high blood pressure. But as of lately watching my diet and excersising I have taken my blood pressure down from 150/100 to 120/70. My question is about my pulse rate. It used to be 120 when my blood pressure was high, now it is 85. Is that a normal pulse rate? I keep hearing about people getting into the 60's.
