pot syndrome advice

Hello to all I'm new to pot syndrome and would like some helpful tips. I started midodrine 3.75 mg three times a day, taking celexa and Ativan at night. I tend to wake up every morning kinda nauseated, is this a pot thing or just my medications? I drink water all day , I've increased my salt intake and just purchased a recumbent bike yesterday bc my cardiologist suggested that highly. Don't know how I got this they think it followed a virus I had in December but it didn't spring up until feb. tilt table positive for pots. Very sensitive can't take beta blockers I couldn't even get out of the bed. I am open to any suggestions to get through this. Also I would like to hear recovery and how long people have gotten rid of this or still have. Please reply
