I just had a BP done at the women's clinic... and this was my reading...what does it mean?

This indicates the pressure in your arteries when your heart beats (the first number); vs the pressure in your arteries when your heart is not beating (the second number). This is termed the systolic and diastolic pressure.

Yours is good! <120/80 is ideal
